Founded in 2003, Merion Investment Partners is investing from its fourth fund. Managing over $550MM of capital, Merion is a licensed SBIC and a leading provider of mezzanine and equity capital to the lower middle market. Merion invests mezzanine debt and equity in companies to support organic growth, acquisitions, buyouts and internal transfer of ownership. The fund will invest alongside private equity sponsors as well as directly with entrepreneurs. We look for companies that have strong growth potential, proven management teams, a strategic competitive advantage and/or are operating in sectors of the economy that are poised to exhibit growth.
