Anthony R. Caringi, CFA Partner acaringi@merionpartners.com Mr. Caringi has been financing middle market companies since the late 1980’s and more specifically, has been developing and managing mezzanine/high yield transactions since 1996. He joined Mellon Bank in 1989, where he sourced, closed and managed over $300 million in mezzanine, high yield and senior debt transactions. While at Mellon, Mr. Caringi also participated as a Board observer on certain mezzanine investments. Mr. Caringi is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned an MBA Finance & Investments at George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Business Administration at Lycoming College where he graduated cum laude.
