Edward J. Rodgers Partner erodgers@merionpartners.com Mr. Rodgers held executive positions at Wachovia Bank (First Union, First Fidelity, Fidelity and Industrial Valley Bank) for 35 years, most recently as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director in Wachovia Corporation’s Corporate and Investment Banking Group with responsibility for the national Defense and Aerospace practices. At various times he headed Corporate Banking, Specialized Lending and Commercial Banking, and served on the Board of subsidiary companies. Mr. Rodgers received a Bachelor of Arts degree from La Salle College. He is a Director of Mercy Health System of Pennsylvania, a member of the audit committee of Catholic Health East and a former student advisor to the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School Health Care MBA Program.
