Samuel S. Brewer Vice President sbrewer@merionpartners.com Mr. Brewer joined Merion in 2004 as an Associate after graduating from The Wharton School. Prior to business school, Mr. Brewer spent four years with Merrill Lynch Investment Banking, most recently as an Associate in the Telecommunications group. While at Merrill Lynch, he worked on a relationship management team providing strategic advice and execution on equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. Mr. Brewer earned an MBA from The Wharton School with a double concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Brown University where he graduated cum laude.
