| The Fund objective is to employ the following strategies:
- Partner with high quality, accomplished management teams and equity sponsors.
- Investing in attractively valued companies, that have strong and defendable industry positions and sustainable prospects for strong growth.
- Invest in established entrepreneurs leveraging proven technology in business models with significant market potential.
- Provide growth capital to companies to launch manufacturing and/or sales initiatives and expansion capital to rapidly growing later stage companies where there may or may not be an equity sponsor.
- Investing in platform companies with proven management executing an industry consolidation strategy.
- Work with family owned businesses to finance ownership transfer between generations.
